As They Grow On

Apple Mario and Mario Jr. Mario are as close as siblings could platonically be. Apple adores her little brother and Mario Jr. idolized Apple in return. They grew up together every moment of their life, Apple playing with Mario Jr. even when he was just months old. And when Bowser and Bowser Jr. attempted to kidnap him as they grew up, Apple rescued him every time. Mario Jr. also knew and kept Apple's secret that she was dating Bowser Jr. a secret. Eventually, it would come time for them to part. Apple would marry Bowser Jr. and begin rebuilding Darkland, while Mario Jr. began rule over the Mushroom Kingdom and forging a stronger relationship with his girlfriend Candy.
